Role Summary:
To work as directed by the Business Development Manager to ensure store standards, sales, and profitability are at an optimum level, leading the in store team in meeting the required KPI's. Upholding and maintaining all required government regulations and Food Safety standards within the store. This is a hands on role.

Training
To ensure all team members adhere to the Pie Face training program and are fully compliant.
