dTS is a strategic management consulting firm leading initiatives in social and economic development worldwide with a view to promoting equality and accountability. In recent years, dTS has worked in over 50 countries and provided gender integration, training and capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation services to USAID and the World Bank.
dTS is seeking an IQC Manager for an upcoming USAID-funded Natural Resource Management IQC. The IQC Manager will serve to oversee implementation of dTS programs under the IQC, provide technical leadership and inputs to dTS’ natural resource management programs, and coordinate responses to USAID task orders issued under the IQC.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Advanced degree in Natural Resource Management, Climate Change, Agriculture/ Aquaculture, Economics, Forestry, International Development or related field (required)
- Minimum 15 years’ experience working on issues of natural resource management in a development setting
- Extensive experience in managing diverse teams for large international donor organizations such as USAID (required)
- Previous experience as a Project Leader, Team Leader, or Chief of Party (required)
- Fluency in Spanish or French (preferred)
- Detail oriented and organized
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Good problem solving skills
- Team oriented individual
- High level of proficiency in MS Office applications
