Founded since 1992 NRG Kolos Corporation is a Russian based alcoholic beverage company headquartered in the heart of Moscow. It specializes in the production of premium or mid priced vodkas and a large variety of alcoholic cocktails. Kolos products also include beer, energy drinks, soft drinks and distilled water.
The Director of Sales will be in charge of planning and directing sales initiatives to exceed assigned quotas and develop the market.
Act as a selling sales manager leading by example as well as represent and promote the company at community or business meetings.
Motivate, coach and educate staff through specific training programs and meetings as necessary to ensure proper product and market knowledge Develop and direct marketing strategies and plans.
Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets.
Represent and promote the company at community or business meetings. Monitor and evaluate progress of sales teams.

Qualifications
Strong organizational and project management skills are necessary.
Must have proven Sales leadership abilities and results, including business planning, strategy and execution.
Displays a passion for the industry. Innovative thinker.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Must be able to speak, read and write professional English. Knowledge of Russian is not required although desired.

A minimum of ten 10 years of related industry experience in marketing and sales.
Individual must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in business or marketing.
