Our client is a leader in the design and deployment of telecommunications networks, providing full end to end service for their diverse telecommunications client base.
They require a RF Technician to be responsible for the installation, commissioning, integration and maintenance of their clients GSM, WCDMA, microwave and radio equipments, including the cutover of E1 and STM1 traffic.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- At least 5 years telecommunications experience.
- A thorough understanding of GSM, WCDMA, microwave Radio Systems, UHF base station and transmission systems.
- Indepth knowledge of Nokia BTS, Ericsson RBS, DSLAM, fiber optic, multiplexes and routing and switching.
- Ability to install, test and commission new equipment and high level troubleshooting skills required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications.
- ACA open cabler registration.
