• Achieving all sales targets including , Sales Thru, profitability, new partner recruitment, option sales and development of new Channels
• Managing relationships with LFR (Large Format Retailer) & PC Dealers/Showrooms
• Managing target with the LFR & Resellers.
• Plan quarterly promotion Tactical & BTL activity.
• Defines and Reviews Key Performance Indicators to ensure the achievement of Lenovo’s Consumer business.
• Focuses on forecasting and pipeline target sell Thru.

• Thorough knowledge in IT Channel business and regional distribution/export (Computer Plaza/JAFZA)
• A demonstrated track record of extraordinary performance and commitment in “Channel” sales UAE

• Demonstrated ability in B2B sales at the "Retail" level of organizations of all sizes
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Experience generating proposals based on complex requirements
• Strong ability to deliver PowerPoint and live demo presentations to groups of all sizes on the products.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships with significant add-on/repeat business
• Self-starter -- demonstrated ability to work productively with minimal supervision
• Experienced from a lead role within sales-led environment Strong Channel experience a must
• Understands the Channel Partner’s business to effectively perform account management, with assistance as well as increasing share of wallet
• Develops relationship to promote understanding of the Channel Partner’s goals and objectives
• Demonstrable track record of achieving business results as an individual contributor and as a team manager;
• Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive Channel sales strategy

Qualifications
•
• Graduate / Post Graduate
• At least 5 years sales management experience within the technology hardware industry, with exposure to high volume sales and proven track record of high tech. product sales management experience into the Enterprise market.
• Fluency in Business English is a requirement, Arabic language capabilities (are preferred)
• Proven track record of growing revenues, profitability, and market share in a high volume technology related company
• In-depth understanding of Channel management with multinational businesses
• Results oriented
• Depth and breadth of understanding of IT systems and IT industry players
• Experience of introducing operational vigour, from a process and control perspective, to a multi-functional, multi-disciplined sales team
• The ability to formulate, negotiate and close large and complex deals at a high level within Enterprise clients across multiple industry sectors
• Exposure to self-management, team working and time management in a complex matrix environment
• Excellent proven leadership skills
